How to Begin

Simple is ideal, with little expectations. At first just finding the time and patience to practice daily might be challenging. Setting simple goals (like practicing 5 minutes a day) are easier to achieve! And achieving things provides more motivation to continue. Build up gradually and it will provide a solid foundation for regular practice.

Finding a Teacher

While doing things alone is great, having a teacher can be really supportive. Taking the time to seek out a teacher that feels right is worth the effort!
